In response to the need for an improved service experience for Sonoma County residents, the county recently launched SoCo Connect (formerly SoCo Report It), an integrated constituent relationship management system. The enhanced online interactive reporting tool has all the functionality of SoCo Report It for submitting concerns, sending photos and monitoring progress, while offering new features, including one that allows the submission of requests in either English or Spanish.

Phase one of the new online request and tracking service is underway and being piloted to address standard work requests for the Department of Transportation and Public Works and Permit Sonoma. Over the coming months, the new service will expand to track information requests to improve county response and include services provided by other county departments.

Requests created in SoCo Report It, but not yet completed, have been moved to SoCo Connect. Community members who used the SoCo Report It app on an Apple smartphone should have received an automatic update and will need to create a new login. Residents who used the SoCo Report It app on an Android smartphone will need to download the new SoCo Connect app and create a login.
